Variety of shifts and hours available
We are looking for a variety of volunteers at all of our heritage properties across Sussex particularly at Lewes Castle and Michelham Priory for a variety of shifts and hours to cover Tuesday-Sunday, Bank Holidays and Mondays during the school holidays. At Fishbourne Roman Palace, we are looking for volunteers to work a variety of shifts covering Monday-Sunday as the property is open daily.
Roles include Visitor Welcome Volunteers, Maintenance Volunteers, Shop Volunteers and Daily Site Volunteers. Details of the tasks involved and skills required can be found in our role descriptions/ role specifications on our website.
In return our Volunteers will receive:
· Training (where required)
· Travel expenses paid for up to a maximum of £6 (per shift)
· Free car parking at Michelham Priory and at Fishbourne Roman Palace
· 20% discount in our gift shops
