The role
As our RSE & PSHE Content Creator, you’ll help shape the way thousands of primary pupils learn. Reporting to a Content Team Lead, you’ll craft engaging lessons and resources for Reception to Year 6, collaborating with designers, editors, and curriculum specialists.
To succeed in the role you will need to be quick to pick up the required digital publishing and writing skills and not be afraid of new software and technology.
You will receive training on using our publishing platform, writing for an online audience and script writing as well as additional on-boarding training.
You will need to have good commercial awareness and embrace working as a member of a team with colleagues from other disciplines such as designers and marketeers and be willing to present subject-specific CPD webinars.
What you will do
Under the guidance of your team lead, you will:
- Create and curate learning resources: Develop imaginative, sequenced lessons and teacher-friendly materials in collaboration with curriculum, design, and video teams.
- Maintain excellence: Regularly review and refresh resources to ensure they stay relevant, accurate, and engaging.
- Stay informed: Keep up with policy and curriculum developments in RSE & PSHE.
- Collaborate: Work closely with marketing, design, and customer support to ensure teacher needs are met.
- Lead, deliver and support: Manage your projects from concept to delivery and support users through webinars and community engagement.
You will bring:
Essential
- Primary classroom experience, including as a subject leader for RSE & PSHE.
- Proven ability to plan inspiring and inclusive lessons.
- Excellent teamwork skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Exceptional written English, strong grammar and fluency. You will be tested on your grammar and spelling skills as part of the recruitment process.
- Confidence using (and learning) new technologies.
- A willingness to learn about, implement and ensure best practices for writing and publishing digital content, including video content.
- Organised, proactive and comfortable with deadlines.
- Strong motivation to hit deadlines and deliver high-quality work on time.
- A desire to support teachers and transform education beyond the classroom.

- A relevant degree.
- Experience in digital and educational publishing.
- Good knowledge of MS Office/G-Suite.
