Lavender Grove Cares are looking for someone who knows how to make a house, a home. We are offering an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and determined individual to work with children and young people 11-18 years old with Social, Emotional and Complex Needs. The team will ensure that the children living within the home have the very best care, great role models and a place to call home.

Job Description:
We are a Registered Children's Home based in Waltham Abbey, Little Oaks is registered to accommodate 3 young people of mixed gender aged 11-18 years old with social, emotional, behavioural and complex needs.
We are looking to recruit Young Persons Support Workers and bank staff in Essex to join us and support us to grow our services further with development opportunities as the company expands

Excellent rates of pay and company training package.
Starting Salary will be £10.50 per hour, however pay grade may be subject to experience and qualification.
Desirable
NVQ 3 Health and Social Care, Or Diploma Level 3 in Residential Child Care or equivalent.
Essential
Driving Licence, able to work evenings, weekends on a shift rota pattern
