We are looking for a reliable and hard working warehouse operative to join our fantastic multi skilled team at Bathshack.

You will be responsible for the safe handling of goods for dispatch to our customers, reporting to your team lead to help with the efficient running of a fast moving warehouse. As a warehouse operative you will be skilled up in multiple tasks working both alone and as part of a team with efficiency and commitment to complete your work and strive to maintain the business performance targets.

Shift Available
8am - 4.30pm

Pay Structure
Band 1 Operative - £13.21 per hour (£27477 per annum)
Band 2 Operative - £13.71 per hour (£28517 per annum)
Band 3 Operative - £14.21 per hour (£29557 per annum)

Please note that while the above hourly rates are outlined for transparency, the positions advertised are salaried. We recognise that some individuals prefer hourly figures for clarity, and the hourly rates are provided here for your reference. The final compensation will be determined on a salaried basis.

New starters will join the company on Band 1 for the duration of your probationary period (6 months).
Following this, quarterly reviews will be undertaken to consider progression to higher band rates based on a set criteria.

A bit about what you'll be doing...

  • Loading and unloading vehicles
  • Picking items and safely packing to pallets
  • Hitting daily targets to aid the timely dispatch off all goods
  • Adhering to all health and safety procedures
  • Ensuring all equipment is well maintained and operated correctly
  • Dealing with customer in a professional, polite and courteous manner
  • Reporting any breakages or concerns to team leads
  • Working as part of a team to ensure a clean and well maintained warehouse
