Role Purpose & Overview
The Visual Content Editor will help shape how Wilderness Group is seen and understood by our audiences. The role is central to our shift towards a more video- and visually-led marketing approach, making sure our stories are told clearly, creatively, and with impact. By producing engaging video, imagery, and graphics across multiple channels, the Visual Content Editor will create content that connects with people at every stage of their journey with us - from first discovering the brand to becoming loyal advocates.
The work will balance commercially focused content that drives conversions with brand-led storytelling that builds awareness, strengthens our identity, and brings our values to life. It’s about creating a cohesive, recognisable visual presence that feels both professional and authentic.
At the same time, the Visual Content Editor will support a busy marketing team by bringing fresh ideas and consistent delivery, helping us maintain high standards without losing sight of creativity.
