We're looking for a new member of the team at the Broadway Cinema & Theatre, to work 30 hours per week in our Visitor Services Team, ensuring the smooth operation of all events and live performances and that every Broadway Cinema & Theatre visitor has an exceptional visit.

As the public face of the Letchworth Garden City Heritage Foundation our Broadway Cinema & Theatre team members:
- provide visitors with exceptional levels of customer service to maximise enjoyment from their visit;
- respond professionally to all visitor enquiries, information requests or issues that arise in line with policy, procedures and management support; and
- maintain a professional image at all times.

We take pride in our venue – an amazing Art Deco building which first opened its doors in 1936 and is a true 2-in-1 arts venue that programmes live theatre alongside films and event cinema.

To be successful in this role you will have:
• Experience of working in a customer-facing role
• Excellent communication and customer engagement skills
• Experience of working in a team which delivers great customer service.
And you will be presentable, personable and a team player with a 'can do' attitude and a good work ethic.

Due to the nature of the role flexibility will be required, appreciated and reciprocated.
