The Endpoint Group is looking for a creative, proactive, and driven Videographer & Editor who consistently delivers high-quality work
You’ll be responsible for capturing and creating engaging content across our brands, including Endpoint, Loadout Media, UKIC, Pracrooms, and external client projects.
We’re looking for someone who thrives in fast-paced creative environments, understands modern content trends, and can confidently take projects from concept through to delivery. You should be equally comfortable behind the camera, setting up shoots, directing talent, and editing polished short-form and long-form content.
You’ll work across a wide range of projects, including esports content, branded campaigns, podcasts, studio shoots, event coverage, and documentary-style productions.

Key Responsibilities
- Act as a videographer across studio shoots, events, and a variety of creative projects, both independently and collaboratively.
- Capture high-quality video and photography content for social media, commercial projects, podcasts, and live events.
- Edit engaging short-form and long-form content for platforms including TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube, and X.
- Collaborate with the Creative and Social teams to develop original content concepts and campaign ideas.
- Assist in planning shoots, storyboarding concepts, and executing productions from pre-production through delivery.
- Set up and operate cameras, lighting, audio, and studio equipment.
- Support the development of platform-specific content strategies and editorial calendars.
- Work closely with creators, talent, players, partners, and clients during shoots and productions.
- Stay up to date with trends in social media, editing styles, platform algorithms, technology and content formats.
- Help lead content direction during media days and events, ensuring content is captured effectively for future use.
- Organise and manage media assets efficiently.
- Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines while adapting creatively for different audiences and projects.
- Collaborate with sponsors and external clients to deliver content that meets campaign goals and KPIs.
Core Requirements
- Sheffield-based or able to commute regularly to our Sheffield office.
- Strong videography experience with a solid understanding of camera operation, framing, lighting, and audio.
- Strong editing skills using Adobe Premiere Pro (or equivalent professional editing software).
- Experience creating engaging short-form content, with a solid understanding of editing techniques and trends across TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
- Knowledge of exporting and formatting content correctly for multiple social platforms and aspect ratios.
- Experience setting up shoots, including cameras, lighting and microphones.
- Strong creative ideation skills and ability to contribute original content ideas.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively within a team.
- Confidence working with creators, on-screen talent, clients, and players during productions.
- A strong portfolio showcasing both videography and editing work.
- Ability to travel when required for events, shoots, and productions.
Desirable
- Full driving license.
- Understanding of esports, gaming culture, and online creator ecosystems.
- Photography experience.
- Experience with Adobe After Effects, motion graphics, and animation.
- Familiarity with OBS and recording/streaming workflows.
- Experience editing documentary-style, commercial, or branded content.
- Understanding of cinematic editing techniques, pacing, and visual storytelling.
- Experience working with social media analytics and using performance data to improve content.
- Familiarity with content calendars and long-term content planning.
- Flexibility to occasionally work evenings or weekends for events and deadlines.
