Job Opportunity: FREC 4 Staff Needed for Exciting New Contract in the North West!

We are currently seeking qualified FREC 4 staff to join us for an exciting new contract in the North West. If you’re passionate about providing top-notch emergency care and want to be part of a dynamic team, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

Position Details:

  • Job Title: Urgent Care Staff - Minimum of FREC 4 (First Response Emergency Care Level 4) 
  • Location: Irlam, Greater Manchester, North West, UK
  • Contract Type: Bank Staff
  • Start Date: Ongoing

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide advanced pre-hospital emergency care in line with a minimum of FREC 4 qualifications or equivalent.
  • Assist in stabilising patients at the scene of accidents or medical emergencies.
  • Work alongside other healthcare professionals to provide high-quality patient care.
  • Ensure all clinical documentation and reports are completed accurately.

Essential Requirement
-
Minimum of a Valid FREC 4 certification or equivalent
- Previous experience in emergency response or pre-hospital care is preferred.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills. 
- Full Manual Driving Licence.

We are also interested in applications from individuals with
- CERAD or IHCD D1/D2 Blue Light Qualification
- AAP Qualification
- IHCD Technician Qualification
- FREUC 5 qualified
- NHS Qualified UCS or EMT qualification.

Personal Qualities
• Aged 18 and over, due to vehicle insurance purposes.
• Great communication skills, gained from dealing with members of the public from a range of
different background.
• A caring and compassionate nature.
• A willingness to learn.

Working as part of an ambulance crew, excellent communication, caring and time management skills are as must, as you will support and care for a range of patients with different conditions, mobility and disabilities.

In order to fulfil this role you must hold a full and valid UK driving licence, be physically fit so you can undertake the manual handling of patients and equipment, have previous experience in customer support and preferably patient care experience.
