By delivering tailored, accurate, and inspiring information, you will contribute directly to achieving sales targets and ensuring every client has an outstanding experience with us.

Key Accountabilities

  • Provide clear, accurate, and timely information to clients and colleagues.
  • Collate and maintain accurate client data within our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
  • Compile detailed, accurate, and well-presented client travel documentation.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales and operations teams to ensure the smooth running of trips.
  • Contribute to the continual evolution of our product knowledge and trip offering.

Key Responsibilities

Respond promptly and professionally to written and telephone client enquiries.
  • Listen carefully to client needs, understanding their motivations, and sell the most appropriate trip, whether scheduled or custom-designed.
  • Build unique and inspiring custom proposals where appropriate, showcasing both outdoor adventure and cultural/historical experiences across the UK.
  • Deliver the highest levels of customer service, particularly when working with high-end clients, anticipating their needs and ensuring excellence at every stage.
  • Maintain accurate records and booking details in our CRM system.
  • Support colleagues across the sales team and wider business when required.
