What You’ll Be Doing

  • Assisting with solar PV installations on residential properties 
  • Supporting qualified electricians with wiring, cable runs, and system setup 
  • Helping mount solar panels and preparing roof installations 
  • Handling tools, materials, and maintaining safe, organised work sites 
  • Learning industry standards, compliance, and best practice procedures 

Requirements

  • Level 2 Diploma in Electrical Installations 
  • Level 3 Diploma in Electrical Installations 
  • Previous electrical installation experience 
  • Strong understanding of electrical systems and safety procedures 
  • Experience with power tools (drills, saws, voltage testers, etc.) 
  • Understanding of Health & Safety requirements on site 
  • Experience working in domestic customer homes 
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy 
  • Good communication skills (verbal, written, and telephone) 
  • Team player with a professional attitude 
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic 
  • Genuine interest in renewable energy and sustainable solutions
