The main objective of the role is to maximise sales profitability through the use of professional sales techniques.<br>&nbsp;<br><strong>Objectives</strong> &nbsp;</div><ul><li>Sell maximum number of vehicles possible&nbsp;</li><li>Achieve maximum profitability on sales&nbsp;</li><li>Ensure highest degree of customer satisfaction to achieve customer loyalty&nbsp;</li><li>Ensure customer awareness of all eligible options, accessories, extended warranty and finance products&nbsp;</li><li>Help retailer to achieve industry-leading standards of customer care and process efficiency&nbsp;</li><li>Engage fully with the latest digital tools to achieve a fully blended experience&nbsp;</li><li>To ensure you are fully trained and authorised to sell finance and insurance products in line with FCA guidelines, treating the customer fairly&nbsp;</li><li>Adherence to the company policy and handbook&nbsp;</li></ul><div>&nbsp;</div><div><strong>Measures </strong>&nbsp;</div><ul><li>Sales vs objectives&nbsp;</li><li>Profit on sales&nbsp;</li><li>CEM&nbsp;</li><li>Mystery Shop&nbsp;</li><li>Renewals report for New and Used&nbsp;</li><li>Customer retention (repeat purchases)&nbsp;</li><li>Conversion and follow-up rates&nbsp;</li><li>Appointment making vs target&nbsp;</li><li>Appointment attends vs Appointments made Ratio&nbsp;</li><li>CSS blended retailing scores &nbsp;</li><li>To be fully trained and authorised to sell and advise on all products available &nbsp;</li></ul><div>&nbsp;</div><div><strong>Key Tasks</strong> &nbsp;</div><div><strong><br>Objective: Sell maximum number of vehicles possible</strong> &nbsp;</div><ul><li>Meet or exceed all monthly and annual sales and associated product targets as set by the Sales Manager</li><li>Record each sales opportunity on our CRM system, contact and follow-up accurately and record on our internal Enquiry/Appointment Tracker document as necessary&nbsp;</li><li>Assist the Sales Manager /Brand Manager with the organising and setting up of any sales campaigns and promotions to maximise sales&nbsp;</li><li>Keep up-to-date with our competitor’s products, prices and specifications&nbsp;</li><li>Introduce and follow-up suitable sales prospects and existing customers which includes from time to time prospecting new and existing customers owners to increase footfall into the business&nbsp;</li><li>Attend all training as prescribed by your line manager&nbsp;</li></ul><div><br></div><div><strong>Objective: Achieve maximum profitability on sales</strong> &nbsp;</div><ul><li>Conduct accurate and fair used vehicle appraisals for final valuation with the Sales Manager / Brand Manager using the methods you have been asked to use as instructed by your Management Team.
