Working Pattern: Full-time (37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday)

About the Role 
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is enthusiastic and passionate about starting a rewarding career in ABA Therapy. As a Trainee ABA Therapist, you’ll be at the heart of helping children develop crucial skills, using Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA). Through hands-on, playful activities and structured therapy techniques, you’ll support children in gaining independence, confidence, and the ability to communicate effectively. Under the guidance of experienced Clinical Supervisors, you’ll learn to use ABA techniques in a way that’s both impactful and engaging for each child’s unique journey. 
 
Key Responsibilities: 
  • Engage in structured, evidence-based therapy sessions. 
  • Support and implement in delivering structured ABA Therapy sessions to support children in reaching developmental milestones in Early Years Education and Special Needs Education. 
  • Monitor progress and collect data to track each child’s journey in areas such as early childhood development. 
  • Collaborate and work closely with clinical supervisors to adapt and refine therapy plans for effective, engaging support. 
  • Adapt creatively to changing conditions, ensuring a positive and engaging environment for children. 
  • Provide personal care (e.g., dressing, toileting) where required. 

Qualifications & Experience 
No prior ABA experience is required – just a passion for making a difference and a commitment to continuous learning. Whether you have direct experience in ABA or come from a related field, we provide the training you need to excel. Here is what we ask from you: 

Minimum: 
  • GCSE qualifications and basic IT skills for data tracking 
Essential: 
  • A positive, patient approach; clear communication; and a passion for working with children 
Desirable: 
  • Experience in social care, education, or related fields is a plus but not required

Working pattern:
This role is 37.5 hours per week, operating during Centre and School business hours: 8.45 - 5.15 Monday to Friday, with the expectations of flexibility due to projects, site launches, out-of-hours meetings etc. You will be required to complete an enhanced DBS (Disclosure and Barring Scheme) Disclosure as part of the safeguarding checks for this role.
