About the Role

The successful candidate will provide specialist palliative care across our hospice services, contributing to high-quality clinical care, multidisciplinary working, education, and service improvement.

You will gain experience within a diverse portfolio of services, including:

· A 10-bed Specialist Inpatient Unit

· Community-based specialist palliative care services

· The St Rocco's Palliative Care Hub

· Our innovative Palliative Virtual Ward (PVW)

· The Vitality Centre

· Outpatient and therapy services

· Education and training programmes

This is an exciting opportunity to be involved in emerging models of care, including digital innovation and virtual ward development.

Our Medical Team

You will join a friendly and highly supportive medical team consisting of:

· 1 Full-Time Consultant in Palliative Medicine/Medical Director

· 2 Part-Time Specialty Doctors

· 3 GP Specialty Trainees

· 1 Full-Time Advanced Nurse Practitioner
