The Senior Private Client Administrator acts as a key point of contact for a portfolio of clients under the direction of a manager and will be expected to provide accurate, well-presented client deliverables across their portfolio as well as supporting the wider trust team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Day to day trust administration for a number of client structures, preparation of reports and liaising with clients and advisors.
• Maintenance of records on the client and entity database and updating relevant registers.
• Collecting and reviewing CDD, ensuring policies and procedures are followed.
• Preparation of minutes and maintenance of statutory records.
• Arranging and recording trust distributions, loans payments, acquisition and disposal of assets and expenses, including preparing payments.
• Bookkeeping and bank reconciliations and assisting the accounts team with the preparation of the accounts.
• Review performance of investments.
• Assisting with reporting obligations (economic substance, FATCA and CRS)
• Review and arrange quarterly billing and collection of fees.
• Training and assisting administrators and providing cover in the team where required.
• Other ad-hoc tasks and projects as and when required.

• Excellent communication, team-work and interpersonal skills to develop strong working relationships with colleagues, clients and other stakeholders.
• Strong computer literacy and problem-solving skills are essential.
• Practical experience in, or demonstratable knowledge of, the financial services industry.
Qualifications and expertise:
• A minimum of 3 years experience in the offshore trust industry.
• Preferably STEP qualified
