Job Purpose & Role Overview
The Senior Marketing Executive plays a central role in driving the growth and visibility of MVLT – MV Luxury Travel, a portfolio of premium travel brands owned by the Wilderness Group. This role offers the opportunity to join an established, high-performing marketing team while taking clear ownership of the MVLT brand portfolio and shaping its ongoing development within the luxury travel market.
MVLT encompasses Luxury England Tours, Luxury Scotland Tours, Luxury Ireland Tours, Private Tours Scotland, and Private Tours Ireland. The role is responsible for strengthening brand presence, supporting commercial performance, developing an effective and sustainable marketing framework and ensuring a consistent, high-end customer experience across all touchpoints.

The role is accountable for marketing administration across the MVLT brands, alongside performance tracking and reporting. Clear documentation, structured processes, and commercial awareness are central to ensuring marketing activity is effective, measurable, and aligned with wider business objectives.
This role is suited to a marketer who has strong understanding of the luxury travel space, is ready to step into a senior remit and take ownership of shaping marketing activity across the MVLT brands. They will dovetail and collaborate with the existing Wilderness Group marketing team and leverage that infrastructure in order to build effective channels for MVLT. The successful candidate will be comfortable building momentum and implementing processes from the ground up, working with autonomy, and helping shape what effective marketing looks like for these brands as they continue to grow and develop.

This may include responding to image requests, supporting and contributing to wider projects, conducting research, assisting with partnerships, contributing ideas to wider campaigns, and handling general marketing administration.
