  • Using marketing platforms such as HubSpot to build and deliver campaigns
  • Analysing campaign performance and providing insights to drive continuous improvement
  • Writing compelling copy and communications tailored to different audiences
  • Designing marketing collateral (brochures, adverts, and brand assets) in line with brand guidelines
  • Acting as a brand champion to ensure consistency and quality across all outputs
  • Supporting website updates and ensuring SEO best practice is followed
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders and external partners to deliver high-quality outcomes

What We’re Looking For

We’re keen to hear from candidates who bring both creativity and commercial awareness, with:

  • Proven experience in B2B marketing, ideally within professional or financial services
  • Experience delivering multi-channel campaigns
  • Familiarity with marketing automation/CRM systems (e.g. HubSpot)
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, including organic and paid channels
  • Experience using design tools such as Canva, InDesign or Adobe packages
  • Strong analytical skills and experience using reporting tools
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • A proactive, self-motivated mindset with great attention to detail

What You’ll Bring

  • A minimum of 2–3 years’ marketing experience
  • Ideally a degree in marketing/business or a CIM qualification
  • A collaborative approach and alignment to our values of Professionalism, Excellence, Empathy and Respect (PEER)
  • Flexibility to undertake occasional UK travel when required

Why Join Us?

  • Be part of a growing, forward-thinking professional services firm
