Role Summary
In your role as a Senior Administrator (Finance), you will be responsible for raising invoices, collecting and allocating payments, preparing and distributing reports of the Company’s planned and actual financial transactions for management, budget, statutory, fiscal and regulatory requirements. This role is key in our finance team, which may include exposure to clients, suppliers and other internal stakeholders including colleagues in finance. As a finance team, we are always looking to deliver excellent client service, and we are ambitious as we continually improve our processes to deliver better outcomes for clients and colleagues.
Key Accountabilities
Handling outgoing sales invoices, collecting payments, updating customer databases and sending out customer statements.
Managing any invoice queries that occur and ensuring all issues are resolved in a timely manner.
Assisting in preparation of monthly management accounts pack for the senior management team with a personal ethos to continue to improve its content.
Analysis and reporting of sales and expenditure.
Provide control and reporting on the Groups Balance Sheet, identifying areas of risk.
Liaison with report users to enhance reports and meet user requirements.
Support statutory, regulatory, fiscal, consolidated, cash and other financial reporting.
Ability to identify and implement opportunities for continuous improvement.
Opportunities to be involved with ad hoc / project work from around the business.
Support the finance team in any queries, ensuring the finance function as a whole achieves deadlines, and work together to cover peak periods or absences.
Display a professional, motivated, and pro-active approach to all workplace activities.

Skills & Experience Required
Minimum grade 5 GCSE in English and Maths
Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills are required
Experience with Xero is desirable
