We are looking for caring, reliable, and enthusiastic individuals to join our friendly Montessori nursery team on a flexible basis. This role is perfect for parents whose children are now in school, grandparents, students, retired professionals, or anyone looking for rewarding work for a few hours each day.

No previous childcare experience is necessary – we will provide training and support to help you develop the skills and confidence needed to work with young children.

About the Role
As a Flexible Nursery Assistant, you will support our team in creating a warm, nurturing, and engaging environment for children aged 0–5 years.
Your duties may include:
  • Supporting children during play and learning activities
  • Reading stories, singing songs, and engaging children in creative experiences
  • Assisting with lunchtime routines
  • Covering staff lunch breaks
  • Supporting children during nap and rest times
  • Helping prepare and tidy learning environments
  • Providing comfort, encouragement, and care to children throughout the day
  • Working alongside qualified practitioners to ensure children’s wellbeing and safety

Every day is different, and you will play an important role in helping children feel happy, secure, and valued.

Flexible Hours Available
We offer a range of family-friendly shifts, including:
8:00am – 1:00pm
9:00am – 2:00pm
12:00pm – 2:00pm
12:00pm – 5:00pm
1:00pm – 6:00pm
You may choose one or more sessions depending on your availability.
