Education Support is the UK charity dedicated to supporting the mental health and wellbeing of teachers and education staff. Through our research, services and policy influencing, we work to ensure the education workforce thrives, so that pupils and students can thrive too.
We are now looking for an experienced Research Manager to lead research that shapes national understanding of workforce wellbeing and underpins our influencing and service development.
Are you an experienced facilitator who would be keen to support leaders to improve workplace wellbeing and culture?
With funding from Welsh Government, we have embarked on our sixth year of delivering a programme of support to education staff in Wales.
We are looking for someone with experience of facilitating groups, organisational culture and leadership, who genuinely cares about mental health, is passionate, curious, self-reflective, organised and can build relationships well.
The successful candidate will be responsible for facilitating groups of leaders to successfully implement practices that improve culture and staff wellbeing in schools across Wales.
