Hoptroff is ready to grow significantly and we’re looking for a strategic and hands-on Revenue Operations Manager to help us build a data-driven, high-performing revenue engine.
Position Overview
We are seeking a Revenue Operations Manager to play a critical role in aligning sales, marketing, and customer success operations to improve efficiency, optimise revenue performance, and enhance our go-to-market (GTM) strategy. You will be responsible for owning our revenue tech stack, refining our sales process, implementing automation, and leveraging insights to improve forecasting, pipeline health, and deal execution.
Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Revenue & GTM Optimisation: Partner with leadership to define and implement scalable go-to-market (GTM) strategies, ensuring the alignment of sales, marketing, and customer success

Salesforce Administration: Manage and optimise Salesforce, ensuring data accuracy, automation, and reporting capabilities.

Sales Process Management: Support revenue growth by optimising lead-to-close conversion, and improving revenue predictability

Sales Team Support: Partner with the sales team to provide insights and ensure smooth deal progression.

Revenue Reporting & Analytics: Own revenue analytics and provide actionable insights into sales performance, pipeline health, and overall revenue trends to support strategic decision-making.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Align sales, customer success, and product teams to enhance customer retention and revenue growth.

Process Automation & Optimisation: Identify and implement AI-driven revenue intelligence tools (e.g., Gong, Clari, 6sense) to optimise deal execution and improve forecasting accuracy and sales performance.

Training & Enablement: Develop onboarding and training programs to ensure sales reps effectively utilise CRM and GTM tools. .
Key Competencies:

Strategic GTM Thinking - Ability to partner with leadership to help scale revenue operations and optimise the end-to-end revenue engine.

Salesforce Administration – Strong ability to manage, configure, and optimise Salesforce for sales operations.

Data Analysis & Reporting – Strong analytical skills with experience in forecasting, pipeline management, and GTM insights.

Process Optimisation – Skilled in identifying inefficiencies and implementing process improvements.
- Deep knowledge of AI-powered sales intelligence, forecasting, and automation tools.
- Cross Functional Collaboration: Ability to align sales, marketing, and customer success for seamless revenue execution.
Role Requirements:
- Proven experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM Strategy within a B2B SaaS environment
- Strong experience with Salesforce (certifications a plus).
- Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and sales performance metrics.
- Proficiency with GTM and RevOps tools tools
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisational skills and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally to drive GTM experiments, optimise revenue processes, and scale operations.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks in a dynamic environment
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and compliance.
- Fluency in spoken and written English
- Ability to travel occasionally as the business requires
