Join Herefordshire Wildlife Trust as our Retail Manager and Visitor Services Manager and turn shopping into conservation—oversee vibrant outlets, grow new opportunities, and connect communities with nature.

Main Purpose

Herefordshire Wildlife Trust has developed its retail offerings to generate significant unrestricted income to fund its work. The Retail Manager is responsible for our charity shop in Ledbury, a charity shop in Hereford, a concession within the Visitor Centre  at Queenwood and online shop. In addition, we also may occasionally run pop-up shops or stall at events

Promote and engage with supporters through our physical and online shops maintaining a professional and friendly face, engage donors and customers with our aims and seek to maximise associated fundraising opportunities to increase our membership recruitment and donations.
