St Peters Garden Centre is a family run garden centre offering the very best quality plants, indoor and outdoor goods, gardening equipment and a very high-quality range of garden furniture and BBQ’s. We also have an onsite butchery, food hall and award-winning restaurant. St Peters, pride ourselves on high standards of customer service and have an excellent team of qualified staff providing gardening advice.
 
We are looking for a weekend Pot-washer who would play a crucial role in supporting the restaurant & kitchen teams to help deliver food and drinks to our customers dining in our award-winning high-volume restaurant. 

Key duties and responsibilities:
 
  • To give the very best of service to our customers at all times.
  • Working with the team in a friendly, supportive, proactive way.
  • Working in the pot-wash room to clean and wash crockery, glassware and kitchen utensils and equipment using the machinery provided.
  • Work in the stills area cleaning the customer trays and managing the consistent flow of crockery and glassware into the pot washroom in an efficient manner.
  • Polishing cutlery & glassware for service.
  • Replenishing consumables / equipment throughout the restaurant operation.
  • Clearing & Cleaning tables in a friendly and polite way.
  • Cleaning & tidying the restaurant areas.
  • Complete laundry tasks.

Notes

There are a number of part time pot wash roles available but all applicants should be able to work at weekends. Weekday shifts are also available but still will be combined with weekend shifts.
