In a newly created role as HR Business Partner, you’ll play a pivotal role in making our new strategy and plan a reality. You’ll partner with managers to develop our culture, drive performance and shape employee experience. This is your opportunity to influence change and create an environment where people thrive.
What you’ll do:
- Own employee relations cases and provide proactive, practical guidance and support
- Coach managers on best practice for managing staff and volunteers
- Work proactively alongside our operational teams, particularly in retail, identifying and delivering solutions to develop our culture and drive performance
What we’re looking for:
- Solid operational HR partnering experience
- Strong knowledge of employment law and employee relations
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- A proactive, analytical thinker who thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to travel across Warrington and a valid UK driving licence
