Details
This role sits at the heart of the organisation - ensuring that staff, systems and day-to-day operations run smoothly so that our services can thrive. You will be the person who keeps things moving: maintaining key systems, coordinating with our outsourced IT and finance partners, and making sure colleagues have the practical support, information and equipment they need to do their jobs well.

You will play a central role in:
  • Keeping our records organised and up to date
  • Submitting invoices and expenses to our finance provider and ensuring smooth financial processes
  • Setting up new staff with laptops, system access and induction materials
  • Logging IT issues, following up with the IT support company and keeping staff updated
  • Maintaining our policy library and ensuring documents are stored, labelled and accessible
  • Supporting health and safety tasks, such as keeping incident logs and insurance information up to date
  • Helping colleagues stay informed, coordinating internal communications and sharing updates where needed

Finance and IT are fully outsourced, so your role is not to provide specialist technical or financial expertise but to be the internal coordinator who ensures these systems work well day to day. You will manage practical tasks such as equipment purchasing, data organisation, information sharing, meeting logistics and maintaining operational processes.
This is a varied, people-focused role that requires flexibility, initiative and excellent organisation.
Your contribution will directly support colleagues across Beyond the Streets and play an important part in the effectiveness, reliability and wellbeing of our operations and services.

If you don’t meet every requirement, we still encourage you to apply - we will support you to grow in the role.
When you join, you will receive a structured induction and training plan, including access to all our in-house paid training.

All roles are subject to proof of eligibility to work in the UK, satisfactory references and an enhanced DBS check.
