Keyline Care is a young and dynamic Supported Living provider currently operating across Nottinghamshire and Leicestershire, with new services being developed in the South Yorkshire area. We specialise in providing bespoke supported living services for some of the most vulnerable and complex individuals, including those with learning disabilities, autism, mental health diagnoses, and complex behavioural needs.

Due to the company’s continuing growth, we have a rare and exciting opportunity for an experienced, dedicated, and passionate Operations Manager, who will also be the CQC Registered Manager. This is a key leadership position, overseeing the delivery of high-quality, innovative supported living services that meet the specific needs of each individual we support, whist also fostering a positive working environment for our staff teams. You will play a key role in the development of 2 single occupancy supported living services and support further growth across South Yorkshire.

Location: South Yorkshire
Job Type: Full-Time (40 hours per week)
Salary: £35,000 - £37,000 per annum
Shift Pattern: Monday – Friday, 9am-5pm.

What We’re Looking For
· Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Adult Care (or equivalent) – or willingness to work towards this qualification.
· Proven and demonstrable experience in a multi-site managerial role, preferably within Supported Living services for adults with learning disabilities and/or mental health diagnoses.
· Previous experience as a CQC Registered Manager (desirable but not essential)
· Strong understanding of the CQC Fundamental Standard and the new Single Assessment framework (SAF)
· Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage and support teams.
· Strong understanding of REACH Standards
· Strong communication, organisational and problem-solving skills.

Requirements
· Must be 18 or over
· Must have the right to work in the UK
· Must be able to speak and understand English to a good standard for effective communication, record-keeping and safeguarding the wellbeing of those you will be supporting.
· A full Enhanced DBS Check will be required for the successful candidates
What You’ll Be Doing
· Oversee and monitor the delivery of person-centred support across services.
· Ensure the health and safety of the individuals we support and staff teams.
· Ensure that the actions of all staff providing direct support maintain the wellbeing of individuals, in line with external regulations and internal policies & procedures.
· Lead, coach, and support Service Managers, ensuring effective recruitment, supervision, and performance management.
· Manage budgets and ensure effective deployment of staff in line with commissioned hours.
· Use IT systems to effectively manage and analyse staff teams, incidents, quality assurance, training and occupancy.
· Work collaboratively with external agencies to promote the work of the company and increase referrals and placements, in conjunction with the Head of Operations and the Business Development function.
· Develop and support the professional development of staff through effective induction and training.
· Maintain strong communication with families and professionals.
· Ensure all safeguarding processes are followed and reported accordingly and regulatory notifications are made.
· Complete audits, analyse trends, and embed lessons learned to drive continuous improvement.
