A permanent Marketing Manager role, based in Portishead.

Your new role
 
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for day-to-day management of marketing activities and driving engagement with our communities. 
 
The Marketing Manager is accountable for:
 
  • Digital Marketing - Website content and SEO optimisation, digital marketing and the delivery of marketing communications and campaign creation. 
  • Social Media – manage all social media activities across all social media channels. 
  • Event Management – support the delivery and execution of marketing-related events and webinars.
  • Digital Asset Management – manage the digital asset management system and responsible for creating visual content.
  • Brand Management - support the consistent use and reinforcement of the brand and sourcing of brand materials 
  • Marketing Management Information – management and regular reporting of performance, competitor analysis, and future trends

What you’ll need to succeed
 
The successful candidate will have:

  • Between 3- 5 years’ experience in a generalist marketing role 
  • Experience of digital marketing, creating engaging social media content, managing websites, running email campaigns, creating editorial pieces, videos, infographics and stunning visuals. 
  • Excellent copywriting capabilities: can produce customer-centric benefit focused copy Delivering marketing campaigns, demonstrable experience of planning and delivering lead generation-focused marketing campaigns and associated activities.
  • Managed events and know how to deal with digital asset management. 
  • Produced regular reports relating to performance, competitor analysis and future trends
  • Knowledge of website content and SEO optimisation 
  • Capability to produce visual content 
  • Skilled in using MO365, Adobe, Mailchimp and Canva programmes
  • Ambitious nature, looking for a new challenge, and will bring a positive, proactive attitude to the team.
  • High level of attention to detail; we manage assets with millimetre precision and our marketing outputs need to represent the skilled work our teams execute on a daily basis. 
  • Creative thinking mindset – confident in suggesting new ideas or ways of doing things.
  • Ability to work independently when needed, but also be a strong team player – showing a flexible approach to your work, changes, and the ability to adapt to deliver a smooth and efficient service.
