We are looking for a reliable & organised full time Marketing Manager to develop and manage our marketing department.
The role of the Marketing Manager will be to take ownership of all marketing activities, delivering fresh and consistent brand image to our core market and generate a consistent flow and volume, of qualified leads to achieve our sales targets. This will include all aspects of marketing including CRM maintenance and development, direct e-mail campaigns, SEO & CPC campaigns, digital media creation, website maintenance, B2B exhibitions, reporting and more.
The ideal candidate will be computer literate and competent in prioritising tasks and working under pressure, and on their own initiative. You will be self-motivated, detail-orientated, professional and trustworthy. Desktop publishing skills are essential.
The successful candidate will be confident and personable and able to work independently and as part of a team.
Role Responsibilities, Activities and Key Tasks:
· Ownership of the company CRM
· Content creation
· Creating company on-line and printed campaigns
· Dealing with advertisement agreements and negotiations
· Using Mailchimp for direct marketing
· Communicating with target audiences and help build and develop customer relationships
· Researching and sourcing marketing opportunities
· Managing the company’s social media accounts
· Managing company website
· Organising and attending company events such as exhibitions
Skills & Experience Required:
· Skilled with Adobe DTP software
· Strong attention to detail
· Ability to work using own initiative without supervision
· Excellent time management, prioritisation, and organisation skills
· Skilled with Microsoft Office Programs (Word, Excel, Outlook & Access)
· Quick to learn new business management software e.g. Microsoft Dynamics Sales CRM
· Understanding of how to handle confidential information
· Strong record keeping & organisational skills
· Ability to multitask
· Positive approach and a ‘can do’ attitude
· Keen Team player with high level of dedication
