About the role

The Marketing Director will lead the company’s full-funnel strategy, positioning a next-gen platform while supporting expansion into major new accounts.

Preferably you will have a product marketing background and experience in B2B SaaS, ideally in high-growth environments where you've helped build from the ground up.

Experience in founder-led businesses is a plus, but not a requirement.

Role Highlights

The Marketing Director will:
  • Craft and execute an enterprise B2B marketing strategy and vision tied directly to revenue goals
  • Lead go-to-market plans for the new AI-driven sales agent product, working cross-functionally with Product and Sales
  • Own our product proposition – working with product and commercial teams to ensure our proposition meets market need, creates competitive differentiation, and aligns with the roadmap
  • Drive brand positioning through powerful thought leadership and content strategies
  • Execute ABM campaigns that convert high-value enterprise prospects
  • Lead a high-profile rebrand and relaunch to reposition the business globally 

You Will Need

The Marketing Director will bring:
  • Hands-on product marketing skillset, with experience launching new propositions
  • Proven leadership in enterprise SaaS/PaaS marketing during high-growth or transformation phases
  • Expertise in ABM, demand generation, and marketing automation platforms
  • Strong commercial acumen, able to link marketing output with pipeline and revenue impact
  • Proven experience building a marketing function from nascent to mature
  • Ability to manage internal teams and agencies to ensure ROI and brand consistency
