Purpose of the role
Artiq is seeking a dynamic and strategic Marketing & Communications Manager to lead and grow our brand presence across all digital, print, and communications platforms. This is a hands-on role that blends creative vision with commercial insight, driving impactful marketing and communications initiatives that engage our audiences and support business growth.

As Marketing & Communications Manager, you will manage a small but high-performing team, including a Marketing Executive and Graphic Designer. You’ll also collaborate closely with external agencies and partners to ensure consistent brand storytelling and quality across every touchpoint.

The ideal candidate will be a marketing and communications generalist with hands-on experience developing and delivering impactful, end-to-end marketing strategies. You will set the standard for creative and brand excellence across all channels, bringing an acute visual eye and exceptional attention to detail. You’ll take pride in producing thoughtful, polished content that not only looks and sounds right, but feels distinctly Artiq.

Main Responsibilities
·  Act as Artiq’s brand and communications guardian, overseeing all external content to ensure consistency with brand guidelines and the highest standards of quality across all media, positioning Artiq as the leading art agency for both artists and clients.

·  Provide leadership to Artiq’s Marketing team, nurturing junior talent and fostering a collaborative environment that encourages professional development.

· Drive Artiq’s brand awareness, reputation, and lead generation by leading strategic communications and marketing efforts. Collaborate closely with your team as well as Directors and Senior Consultants on targeted brand messaging, digital initiatives, content strategies, and RFPs.

  • Proven experience in managing teams, providing leadership, support, and guidance to drive performance and development.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
  • Experience managing budgets and reporting on expenditure and ROI.
  • Ability to align creative vision with commercial objectives, ensuring impactful and business-driven outcomes.
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills.
