Position – Reformer Pilates Instructor

At The Reformer Studio, we set the industry standard in the UK for Reformer Pilates through our studios and School of Reform. Founded in the heart of the Midlands, we've grown rapidly to encompass 8 state-of-the-art studios, all dedicated to helping you transform your mind, body, and soul. Our expert, qualified instructors lead hundreds of classes weekly. 

With our imminent expansion into Manchester, we are looking to build out our brand-new team. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a new studio, new team, and new area for us. All of our instructors are self-employed, pay scales are TBC (on an hourly rate basis), and all instructors will receive a free annual staff class package to be used across any of our studios, alongside yearly CPD days.

The successful candidate will either:

·       Be an already qualified Reformer Pilates Instructor – certification to be provided

·       Or be trained through our School of Reform 

The successful candidate will be responsible for: 

·        Delivering Reformer Pilates Classes to the standards set by our studio managers.  

·        Maintaining cleanliness of the studio before and after delivering a class.

·        Maintaining Health and Safety standards throughout classes.

If you aren’t already a qualified Reformer Pilates Instructor, we will be running a Manchester School of Reform course. 

The School of Reform is our in-house dynamic Reformer Pilates Qualification endorsed by Active IQ. A 3-day course which will provide the learner with a thorough understanding of the principles and techniques necessary to use the Reformer effectively in a group and individual class settings. Please submit a short statement detailing why you would love to become an Instructor for The Reformer Studio, and study through our School of Reform.
