Details
This is an exciting opportunity to help Beyond the Streets take the next step in our commitment to centre lived experience across the organisation. Over the past year, we have undertaken significant learning, consultation and development work with women with lived experience, staff and external specialist support. The foundations are in place; this role will help us build on them and turn that learning into sustainable practice.

Working closely with women with lived experience, colleagues across Beyond the Streets and our Senior Leadership Team, you will help create meaningful, safe and flexible opportunities for women to influence our services, research, training, policy, communications and organisational decision-making. This is a role with real scope to influence how our approach develops, while joining at a point where you will not be expected to build everything from scratch.

If you don’t meet every requirement, we still encourage you to apply - we are committed to supporting learning and development in this role.

Please see the applicant pack in the documents section for more information.
