Join our team at the Aqua Park Lakeside - a giant inflatable obstacle course on water - and help customers jump, slide, splash and have the best day ever!

We’ll train you fully in lifeguarding and customer service, including the RLSS Open Water Lifeguard qualification. No experience needed, just confidence in the water and a great attitude. 

The Aqua Park is open from 23rd May to 20th September 2026. Note: work is available before and after the park is open, to prepare and pack-down the site. 

Mandatory training is given to all our employees before we open to our customers. 

What you will be doing:

As a Lifeguard: 

  • Keep customers safe while they have fun
  • Rotate between water and shore positions
  • Immediately assist any customer in difficulty
  • Complete First Aid forms, if required
  • Carry out daily equipment cleaning and safety checks
  • Deliver safety briefings
  • Assist with park set up and park pack-down

As Visitor Experience and Sales Adviser:

  • Working on the reception desk, welcoming guests
  • Using the booking system to follow admissions procedures
  • Help customers choose the right sessions and products 
  • Handle wetsuit rentals
  • Replenish retail stock; wetsuits, wetsocks, drinks and snacks
  • Keep the site tidy and work both indoors and outdoors

Training & Development:
  • You’ll receive training and gain the RLSS Open Water Lifeguard qualification, as a part of the role. 
  • You will also receive site specific training and support from our friendly team. 

We would like to hear from you if: 

  • You're confident in the water (or already Lifeguard qualified NPLQ, NVBLQ, or OWL).
  • Friendly, reliable and great with customers.
  • Happy working indoors or outdoors.
  • Sales or customer service experience is a bonus, but not essential. 
  • If you have good availability across the season - we can accommodate a planned holiday, and odd days off, but we’re looking for team members who can commit to good availability throughout the summer period.
