We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Car Leasing Sales Executive to join our team in our Hedge End office. As a Car Leasing Sales Executive with us, you will be dealing with our customers and prospects, answering their queries and discussing the right products to meet their needs. As part of this role you will also be required to help provide cover in our Rental department as and when necessary, this will mainly be to cover holidays or sickness.    

The starting salary for this role is negotiable dependent on experience with a realistic OTE of £40,000  (uncapped).

Main responsibilities:

  • Deliver excellent customer service that ensures ongoing sales and high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Work with customers to determine their needs, explain product value, and then discussing the right product to ensure we meet their demands
  • Use company literature and available training resources to stay up to date on product features 
  • Demonstrate superior time management skills and meet sales targets and deadlines
  • Create positive and lasting relationships with vendors and suppliers and build relationships with clients based on trust and respect
  • Answering client questions about credit terms, products, prices and vehicle availability
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results for both the Leasing and Rental department.    
  • Have a clear understanding of FCA Guidelines – and take accountability for actions

Key requirements: 
  • A strong attention to detail 
  • Excellent customer service skills with a passion for delivering exceptional service and building long term relationships 
  • Flexibility and willingness to learn new skills 
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal with the ability to articulate complex leasing terms and options clearly and effectively 
  • Must have a hunger to chase and close new business from both our existing client bank and the generation of new leads 
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills 
  • Experience of working within the Vehicle Leasing Industry/Motor industry is essential. 
  • Valid Driver’s licence
