Learning Support Assistant (LSA) – Make a Real Difference at Pace

As a Learning Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in our transdisciplinary team, supporting the delivery of high-quality, integrated programmes that meet the needs of the whole child within a Conductive Education framework.

What You’ll Do

  • Work closely with a skilled team to create a positive, inclusive learning environment.
  • Develop your expertise in physical and verbal facilitation to help children achieve their personal goals.
  • Use your keen observational skills to contribute to assessments and discussions, including IEP reviews.
  • Grow your skills in programme planning and delivery – with opportunities for professional development.
