What are we looking for?
We are looking for a Lead Security Admin on a fixed term contract who will support the company on the maintenance and delivery of the RAFCTE pass systems and processes.
We are looking for a Lead Security Admin on a fixed term contract who will support the company on the maintenance and delivery of the RAFCTE pass systems and processes.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Liaise with all RAFCTE departments to support and administer the collection data for the RIAT Pass system,
- including:Ensuring that required personal information fields are complete and quality check photos to ensure they meet required criteria
- Using the access requirements detailed by the Responsible Owner for each people group allocate permissions, approve the pass and print (if required)
- Contacting the external nominated point of contact to request documents: proof of insurance/RAs/Method Statements and to inform responsible owner when complete
- Supporting contractors, suppliers and sponsors with access to system or uploading data or documents onto their portal
- Support the required Site Induction briefs
- Printing passes for large groups e.g. RAF Cosford or RAF Air Cadets as directed by responsible owner
- Communicate effectively at all levels, encouraging an environment of open communication and the building of cross functional relationships
Type of Contract/Working Hours:
Fixed term contract until 2nd August 2023.
36.25 hours per week. You will be required to work the Saturday or Sunday before the Royal International Air Tattoo and the whole weekend of the event.
What we will offer:
A pro-rata’d salary equivalent to £24,500 is accompanied by pension and a focus on staff wellbeing and social events throughout the year.
You will also be given two complimentary tickets to The Royal International Air Tattoo and a staff discount of 50% for an additional six.
About You:
The successful candidate will be very IT literate (MS Excel and Outlook essential) and have knowledge or experience working with databases and desirably within the events industry.

You must be a team player, committed to excellence and be prepared to work in a very fast paced environment.
Please note you must hold a full driving licence for this role.
