Specialist, collaborative practice
You’ll work closely with a skilled transdisciplinary team across sensory integration, postural management, assistive technology, motor learning and participation-focused programmes.

Lead the Occupational Therapy service, shape strategic direction, contribute to senior management decision-making, and develop staff using our OT Competency Framework — all with the backing of a collaborative senior team dedicated to supporting your growth and confidence.

Your Role
• Manage a specialist caseload of children with complex neurodevelopmental needs
• Model expert clinical reasoning within a transdisciplinary approach
• Embed OT practice into curriculum and daily routines
• Support families through collaborative, strengths-based goal-setting
• Drive clinical governance, quality improvement and evidence-based practice

What You Bring
• HCPC registered OT with strong paediatric experience
• Advanced skills in sensory processing, postural management, equipment and participation frameworks
• Confident, compassionate leadership
