Whom are we looking for?
We are looking for an Inside Sales Specialist to support the sales process through outbound calling, qualification, lead nurturing,
appointment setting, and CRM management. The role works as a bridge between marketing and field sales, ensuring a high-conversion pipeline and outstanding customer experience from first contact.
To be successful in this role, you are expected to:
- Respond to inbound leads and qualify outbound prospects.
- Conduct discovery calls and book meetings for field sales team.
- Maintain lead information and communication in CRM (HubSpot).
- Support outreach campaigns (email, phone, LinkedIn etc).
- Collaborate closely with marketing on targeted vertical campaigns.
- Provide daily/weekly reporting on lead status and pipeline health.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Ampowr solutions and customer use cases.
Qualifications:
- 2–4 years of inside sales, call center, or Business development / Sales development experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication with a confident phone presence.
- Proactivity in approaching customers and maintaining relations.
- Experience using CRM systems and lead generation tools.
- Fluency in Dutch and English.
- Passion for clean tech, energy, or infrastructure industries is a plus.
