KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Identifying new creator partnerships and maintaining a global contacts database
· Distributing game code and promo materials directly to creators or via supporting agencies
· Lead on project creator strategy, working alongside Head of Communications to refine approach and complete Go To Market plans for influencer work
· Lead on all sponsorship and paid opportunities, working with supporting agencies to refine activity, objectives, targets, and execution/payments
· Maintain shortlist of trusted partnership agencies and determine paid agency partners for individual projects or executions
· Complete campaign analysis, applying results learnings to future campaigns
· Working with marketing and communications teams to build content creator campaign strategies
· Responding to and fulfilling incoming creator requests
· Compiling and sharing coverage and sentiment reports
· Attending and assisting at industry and publisher-led events, leading on content creator aspects
· Acting as an advisor within the business on creator opportunities and initiatives
KEY REQUIREMENTS
· 2+ years of video games influencer management experience either directly with a publisher/developer or via an agency
· The ability to build and maintain relationships with influencers and talent managers across a multitude of platforms and regions
· Evolving knowledge of the global gaming influencer landscape
· Good influencer platform knowledge e.g. Twitch, YouTube, TikTok
· Great communication and relationship-building skills
· Capable to work closely with cross-discipline teams within communications and the wider marketing team
· Experience with indie games and developers is a plus
· Experience working with external agencies is a plus
· Strong research and analytical skills
TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS
This role requires you to be in our Leamington Spa studio for two days a week and may involve occasional travel to events.
