As an Independent Stalking Advocacy Caseworker (ISAC) you will provide specialist, trauma-informed support and advocacy to victims and survivors aged 13 and over experiencing medium and high risk non-domestic abuse related stalking, including cyber and digital stalking.
The postholder will work alongside victims to understand the nature and impact of stalking, develop appropriate safety and risk-management plans, and provide practical and emotional support throughout their engagement with the service. This also includes support to navigate the criminal justice system for those victims who have reported to the police, providing accurate information on victims’ rights under the Victim’s Code of Practice and referring to other agencies as appropriate.
You will work collaboratively with statutory and voluntary-sector partners, including the Police, Victim Gateway, New Era, CPS, Local Authorities, housing providers, health services, mental health services and other specialist agencies, to ensure that victims receive a coordinated response.
The role requires a strong understanding of the traumatic effects and impacts of stalking, risk and vulnerability, excellent advocacy skills, and the ability to work confidently with complex and potentially high-risk cases.

- 37 hours per week, full time
- A full driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential
