Partners in Advocacy has established itself as one of Scotland's leading providers of independent advocacy, delivering exceptional advocacy services since 1998. 

We are thrilled to present a wonderful opportunity within our supportive and welcoming Children and Young Persons team. This is a Maternity cover post and will be offered till the end of March 2025 with the extreme likelihood of extension till the end of December 2025 upon contract renewal. 

As an independent Advocate you will have the privilege of providing one-on-one independent advocacy to young people in our Dundee service. We support young people aged 0-21 with a wide range of Advocacy issues such as mental health for young people in the community and who are detained under the Mental Health Care and Treatment Act, homelessness, being young parents, child protection as well as education and many more issues young people experience. We support young people to know and exercise their rights and to have their voices heard in their life and decisions being made about them.
