Who are we?
We’re Titus; an award-winning supplier of organisational E-Learning who pride ourselves on being the best Moodle provider in the world. We utilise the world's most popular learning platforms for clients such as Network Rail, Labour Party, Royal College Surgeons and Dermalogica to drive transformation through their teams learning and development. Impressive, right!
The Role
Right now we’re looking for an experienced Implementation Consultant with a background in the implementation, configuration or administration of LMS / VLE software. This role involves working closely with our clients to consult & implement business requirements, to build and develop Moodle platforms and deliver the outcomes they are looking to achieve when working with Titus.
As part of the Customer team, you’ll collaborate with both the sales and technical functions of the business to ensure our Customers receive the very best service and drive quality into the delivery of the LMS solution. Working with an internal Project Manager, you’ll take ownership of the Moodle implementation from pre-sales through to customer sign off and everything in between. This includes; requirements gathering, platform configuration, building of courses and content, consultancy, training and service transition, all whilst maintaining an excellent customer relationship.
You’ll have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, from startups to household names such as Network Rail, Wasabi, the City of London Police, the Royal College of Surgeons and the National Physical Laboratory.
If you have worked with Moodle / Totara in another role and would like to utilise that experience with a wide variety of external clients this is the role for you!
