About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced HR generalist with extensive experience, knowledge, and skills in all aspects of the employee journey.  A self-starter with a passion for supporting an organisation to achieve results through its people. 

You are a CIPD qualified HR generalist who is eager to make a difference in a supportive and engaging work environment where staff learning, and development is key to the delivery of our strategic priorities.

You must have the right knowledge and skills of HR analytics, be comfortable with production of HR compliance reporting with a strong emphasis on working a range of stakeholders to achieve deadlines, and work collaborative to support the organisation to achieve compliance standards and strategic priorities.

You must have experience of supporting organisational design, development, and delivery coupled with insight into the understanding and importance of employee relations can help create the right organisational culture through sound HR policies and procedures, including employee engagement.
