North Yorkshire Sport Ltd. are seeking to employ a Health and Wellbeing Hub Manager to lead the development and operation of Bilton Health and Wellbeing Hub. We are seeking a person who will live and breathe our organisational values and behaviours, working comfortably on their own and as part of a team. 

The successful applicant will be methodical, personable and a problem solver.  They will be able to communicate and engage effectively with hirers of the building, developing relationships with new users to embed the hub into the local community. They will work in conjunction with the Admin Assistant to manage long and short-term bookings efficiently. 

They will be responsible for the general operation of the building, coordinating any routine or ad hoc maintenance in a timeous fashion and liaising with those engaged to carry out building maintenance tasks.  They will also manage all health & safety, cleaning, security and IT infrastructure of the building; keeping accurate and up to date records relating to this and all Standard Operating Procedures.
