Other information:
The role is hybrid - part home-based, and candidates will need the ability to travel to client sites across the home counties and London (possibly further afield on an occasional basis), and to team meetings usually in Harpenden, Herts. We will provide you with the necessary IT equipment and access to our VOIP phone line, which requires internet bandwidth of 25 Mbps download speed

Requirements:
To be successful in the role you the following are essential:
•	Previous experience in an HR advisory role, including managing a caseload
•	A sound understanding and application of employment legislation relating to the role
•	Secure in the use of IT; for example HRIS, MS Office 
•	Excellent organisational skills; able to juggle conflicting priorities and to tight deadlines
•	Excellent written communication skills
•	Able to retain motivation and passion while working remotely 
•	Willing to travel approximately 40% of the week, on average
•	Numerate with experience of analysing data
•	The ability to learn, understand and apply client values, vision and culture
•	A workstation set up with good broadband speed (min average download speed of 25 Mbps) 
•	A Level qualification or higher
It would be desirable for you to have:
•	Level 3 or 5 HR qualification (or equivalent)
•	Experience in an HR shared services team or HR function in a multi-site organisation
•	Full driving license and access to a car
•	A desire to support the growth of our business through networking

1.	An informal phone call with one of our team
2.	Submission of a short, written exercise and completing a short psychometric test prior to a panel interview 
3.	An in-person panel interview is the final stage of our process
4.	All offers will be conditional on checks including qualifications, references, broadband and the right to work in the UK
