About the role
This is a new opportunity within our company. The ideal candidate will support the Head Nurse and will be responsible for the recruitment and resourcing of our valued clinical teams to ensure we have the right people, in the right place, at the right time. In terms of recruitment, the successful candidate will be required to actively source top medical talent and develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to enable us to continue delivering outstanding care to our clients. In terms of resourcing, the postholder will be responsible for ensuring all clinics are adequately staffed, and responds to any staffing issues in a timely manner by deploying staff according to the needs of the business.
The postholder will generally be based in Head Office in Canary Wharf but may also spend time working from our Hertfordshire office, and other locations as and when required.

About you
We’re looking for an individual with a background in healthcare recruitment, and proficient in using various recruitment tools and platforms. We’re particularly interested in hearing from you if you have proven experience in resourcing and rota management in a healthcare setting. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate comprehensive knowledge and understanding of nursing roles, qualifications and industry trends. We’re looking for candidates with strong interpersonal and communication skills. We value individuals who can demonstrate a willingness to get ‘stuck in’ and make a difference to all areas of the business, and has drive and ambition to develop the role and make it their own.
