The role of Headteacher is a senior leadership role within the organisation with responsibility, alongside other members of the Leadership Team, for leading Pace as a whole.

 

To lead on all elements of Pace’s educational services.
To ensure that all educational services:
Reflect the core ethos, beliefs, values, policies and standards of Pace.

Meet statutory requirements and maintain the highest possible standards of teaching, learning, health and safety and safeguarding practices.

Promote children's progress in all areas of development.

To be a member of Pace’s Leadership Team (which comprises the Chief Executive, Chief Operating Officer, Headteacher, and Director of Therapy Services), working together to direct the charity’s work.
