Principal Accountabilities: 
Be the subject matter expert and primary point of contact for all QHSE matters, providing guidance, support, and authoritative advice across the organisation. 
Maintain, develop, and continually improve the company’s ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 certifications, ensuring systems, processes, and documentation remain compliant and auditready. 
Monitor, analyse, and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) for quality performance, identifying trends and driving actions to improve outcomes. 
Plan, conduct, and support internal audits and manage external supplier audits, ensuring findings are documented, communicated, and closed out effectively 
Lead and drive continuous improvement initiatives across engineering and operations, including NCR management, BI actions, OBS management, closeout activities, change/improvement processes, and communication of outcomes. 
Ensure full compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental legislation, regulations, and industry standards, providing assurance that operational activities meet required obligations. 
Develop, review, and support the implementation of risk assessments, safe systems of work, safety procedures, and emergency response plans, ensuring they are understood and embedded across teams. 
Monitor and maintain KPIs for HSE performance, reporting on trends and supporting the development of improvement plans. 
Lead and actively promote QHSE initiatives, including TOFS, TOFQ, and 6S, ensuring consistent engagement and adoption across the organisation. 
Lead incident investigations and root cause analysis, ensuring corrective and preventive actions are implemented, communicated, and verified for effectiveness 
Promote and strengthen a positive safety culture through training, coaching, engagement activities, and visible leadership. 
Monitor the organisation’s environmental impact and ensure compliance with environmental regulations, identifying opportunities to reduce risk and improve performance. 
Implement waste reduction, resource efficiency, and sustainability initiatives in alignment with the company’s ESG policy and strategic objectives. 
Prepare environmental reports and maintain effective communication with regulatory bodies, ensuring timely submissions and proactive management of compliance requirements. 
Provide QHSE expertise and input during project planning and execution, ensuring risks are identified and controlled from concept through to delivery 
Adhere to all STR policies and procedures, ensuring personal compliance and promoting adherence across the organisation. 
Carry out any other duties as required, supporting the wider business and contributing to organisational goals.
