What you will be doing:
As a Business Management Graduate Apprentice at Denchi, you will gain firsthand experience and support vital areas such as:

You’ll work alongside experienced professionals to help deliver innovative solutions, contribute to business growth initiatives, and improve operational efficiency. This role combines academic learning with real-world application, providing experience in a fast-paced, evolving industry.
Project Assignments:
Your projects could include conducting market research, analysing data, developing strategic plans, or supporting process improvements that align with our goals.
Networking & Development:
You’ll have opportunities to connect with industry leaders, attend workshops, and participate in mentorship programs designed to develop your leadership and professional skills.
Work Environment:
This is a site-based role with a scheduled induction of two days with your education supplier then four annual contact days at their location and a protected study day per week built in.
