Working within the Communications and Marketing team, Front of House Assistants (FoHA) play an important role in supporting the smooth-running and operational effectiveness of the Students’ Union (SU).
FoHA's are responsible for running an effective, professional and welcoming SU front desk, with opportunities to interact directly with students, LSE and SU staff and external organisations; handling enquiries (online and offline) and providing coordination support to our Advice Service.
Alongside this, FoHA's deliver administration and operational support to the SU and assist with the maintenance and health and safety aspects of the SU office.
Who are we looking for?
We’re looking for individuals who are passionate about delivering consistently excellent customer service, have an outstanding eye for detail and are able to demonstrate initiative and flexibility in their approach to work.
This is a great opportunity to gain office and administrative experience, whilst also being able to work in a customer-facing role and have a direct and positive impact on the experience of our members in their interactions with the SU.
