Job title: Farnborough Site Co-ordinator
Location: Working on site at Kerith Farnborough and working from home
Hours of work: 2 days (14 hours) including Sundays

Salary: £9,231 (£23,079 FTE) - £9,951 (£24,876 FTE) depending on experience
Job purpose
To support the Kerith Farnborough Site Pastor in leading and growing a healthy community at Kerith Farnborough, co-ordinating site operations and HOST teams at Farnborough events and initiatives, and at times representing the Site Pastor within the Kerith Office Team and on Sundays.
Main duties
Operations Support
· Work closely with the Site Pastor to support all Kerith Farnborough initiatives as required. In the absence of the Site Pastor, act as the key contact for Kerith Farnborough, representing them at Office Team meetings and making decisions as necessary.
· Liaising with Kerith Central Teams and other ministry team leaders in co-ordinating bookings for all Kerith Farnborough events.
· Oversight of all Kerith Farnborough events, from usual Sunday gatherings to organizing yearly and one off events.
· Oversee sourcing of all resources for the Kerith Farnborough site, which may include liaising with Kerith Central Teams. Co-ordinate and manage Kerith Farnborough processes, including New to Kerith, baptism process, prayer cards etc through the church database system
· Ensure weekly feedback from Kerith Farnborough is distributed to necessary office team members and/or volunteer ministry team leaders.
· Provide oversight and administrative support for Kerith Farnborough Small Group and Growth Track provision.
· In liaison with the central Communications Team, have oversight of Kerith Farnborough’s online presence, ensuring information on the website is up to date, editing and scheduling blogs, and social media channels are relevant and current. This may also include oversight of volunteer teams.
· Liaise with the central Communications Team to ensure all Kerith marketing material is current and well stocked.
· Help volunteers engage in a serving role that matches their unique gifts and talents by signposting them to the relevant ministry team leader. Build and maintain healthy working relationships with the volunteer ministry team leaders. Assist in the recruitment of these roles as necessary.
· Play an active role within Kerith Farnborough Team meetings and the wider Kerith Office Team as required.
HOST Team Support
· Recruit, equip and manage volunteer HOST Teams, clarifying expectations and the HOST Team vision, ensuring they feel valued, with regular team meetings.
· Recruit and support volunteer HOST Team leaders to a core team.
· Co-ordinate the supplies and sundries for Kerith Farnborough (for both Sundays and mid week use.)
